      Pros

      At Addison you have the flexibility to build your own brand and style while being supported through management, peers, and L&D. The organization has not stopped growing and provides opportunity for career advancement every step along the way. Promotes work life balance, work from home flexibility, and a great culture throughout the office and organization.

      Cons

      In newer markets business is harder to get without brand recognition but the opportunity to gain market share is what motivates.

      Pros

      Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

      Cons

      The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
