Cons
Lack of internal communication and management transparency, treatment of employees (particularly those older and longer tenure) is often unprofessional/unethical (often under pretenses of cost reduction/reorganization), misalignment between corporate leadership and local business lines prevents sound long-term business decisions and growth.
