Pros
Large company, lots of noisy data, easy commute, small teams
Cons
Had to take systematic verbal abuse from team, they like to put you in conflicts of interest situations, lots of replication of work across teams, no collaboration across teams, they like to play games and will run you around in circles. No resources to do your job, you will spend majority of time trying to get access to resources. Networks outages are common. And, there is cost cuttings for everything even parts of the office is partitioned off. Lots of gender bias and discrimination in workplace. In fact, they have an agency that actively practices reverse discrimination as part of their business. Lots of procastination but nothing gets done when you ask for access to things. Not a very professional environment. No health and safety induction provided on site. Lots of internal politics and red tape.
