Underplayed compared to other companies. Most jobs are contract. You have to work so many hours a week to qualify for benefits. They don’t tell you this at hiring and will purposely make you sign up for 35 hours or something short of that. If you hire on make sure it’s as a company employ it as a contract employee not as a contract. Very hard to do there as a janitor. Also beware their custodial managers. When there were problems I tried to call HR they would not return calls. Went in person and found out why. Ask reception for HR. Instead of calling upstairs they went up and came down with manager who cut me off and would not allow me to see them. Said he would have them call me which never happened.
