Not a lot of pros unfortunately. They use a lot of smoke and mirrors

Management states they care however actions speak louder than words. You will never know when you will work overtime but are asked to not make plans for a month good luck when you have a family. Supervisors are not very present except for 2 that work hard. No communication. They make rules that are never enforced unless they decide they want to. Was nearly hit by forklift twice by same person issue ignored but if a person drops a machine they get fired no consistency. They create jobs for a specific person you will not be able to apply.
