My experience with Adentis was one of the worst of my career. The company presents itself very well during the interview process, but the reality is completely different once you join. Communication is poor and often unclear, promises are not kept, and there is little to no support for employees. Resource management feels disorganized, with decisions made without transparency or respect for the people involved. The work environment is stressful and poorly structured, with no clear vision or direction. When issues arise, responsibility is frequently shifted onto employees instead of being addressed properly. There is no real concern for employee well-being, professional growth, or open dialogue. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professionalism, stability, or respect in the workplace. An experience best forgotten.
