      Pros

      Adept is a great company to work for. The entire team, from senior management on down, are smart people who well together to achieve the company's goals. Company culture is excellent. I believe management truly cares about everyone on the team and makes the effort to create a positive working environment.

      Cons

      As a global company with many team members working remotely, it's tough to get to know everyone. The company does make a lot of effort to compensate for this with regular video conferences and other activities designed to create interaction among team members who otherwise might not work together.

      Pros

      I liked the opportunity to work with a big CPG as a Contractor, it allowed me to develop my skills as a packaging engineer as well as get to know a lot of different colleagues. The support from the Account manager is good and they want you to succeed not just for them but for yourself as well.

      Cons

      The contract renewals aren't discussed extensively and sometimes there is a lack of communication.

      Pros

      Great minority owned and lead company with excellent benefits. Wide range of opportunities and company caters jobs to your experience and strengths

      Cons

      Really not much in terms of cons unless you don’t like working remotely
