      Pros

      Everyone was super welcoming at first and it was a great small-team environment at the home office in Allentown.

      Cons

      Was told my position was being eliminated 2 weeks after I moved for and started my job (due to Covid-19) I know I was in the same boat as millions of others in the country, and even a few others in the company, but it was definitely a "slap in the face" feeling. Especially after the 4 min zoom call with HR, who broke the news to me, and then that was it, didn't hear anything or receive anything after. For a company that says how much they care about their employees, I was definitely in shock and am honestly still in shock about the situation.

      Pros

      I liked the opportunity to work with a big CPG as a Contractor, it allowed me to develop my skills as a packaging engineer as well as get to know a lot of different colleagues. The support from the Account manager is good and they want you to succeed not just for them but for yourself as well.

      Cons

      The contract renewals aren't discussed extensively and sometimes there is a lack of communication.

      Great minority owned and lead company with excellent benefits. Wide range of opportunities and company caters jobs to your experience and strengths

      Cons

      Really not much in terms of cons unless you don’t like working remotely
