They have attracted the best people in the industry. They truly vet their employees to make sure they will be a good fit and will care about our clients and their team mates. There is a true "team" environment here, where growth and learning are not only promoted, but also rewarded. They "listen" to their employees and their clients and are constantly making changes to self improve. Love this company!
Cons
I truly can't think of any. No one is perfect, but this company and their leadership truly tries to find the best solutions and resolve any issues as they arise. I have never experienced a company before this one where there truly was an open door policy. There are no egos here, just truly caring people.
