      Good ideas if they could actually be implemented

      Cons

      This organization has so much potential. But it is so poorly managed that it is unable to live up to its promise. Beyond mismanagement, the ED can be cruel and bullying.

      Corruption; Misappropriation of funds; Unclear communication channels; Vertical "personality" based management structure. Not a trustworthy, competent or ethical entity to conduct business with.

      potential to grow though they have long way to go.

      Cons

      The ED is a bully so is the chief of staff all they do is gossip and send the other staff members to frustrate your work. Not INGO standards it is run like a market. Refer to an article written by the New Humanitarian.
