Pros
The company has a clear purpose and mission, and it's the same for each tribe and each squad. Said differently, I know why I am working there, and what I am working on. The culture is awesome, with a great "grow mindset" for each individual. The teams show great diversity and there is a lot of respect.
Cons
If you like super-stable environments, this might not be for you. The company is learning continuously and adapts to the the evolving market (yes, I mean almost annual reorganizations).
