- Just like in every other organization with a mature ecosystem, the company is pushing itself to transform to stay competitive, but changes are slow as there are lot of things to move, and not everyone can be informed about the latest development due the complexity and the scale of the projects - Communication is not the best after the acquisition of ECG - High turnover after the acquisition, it seems old workers are starting to lose faith to the top executives - There are times when we need to work beyond our working hours to achieve certain milestones, but those are not normal occurrences
