Pros
One of the strongest digital teams I have ever worked with - and there is a high level of trust in the work that comes from the digital team.
Cons
Everything else - The strategy, account and creative teams do not operate as an agency. They are very unwilling to engage in a true partnership with clients. Very political and just out and out bullying takes place for those they have decided don't "fit" - although there is no structure. They don't have the appropriate expertise on hand to sustain let alone grow as a behavioral agency
