Adicet is circling the drain, place has become toxic after RIF. No longer a company of committed people, CEO is amazing at selling a flawed dream while letting go of great people and bringing in new folks who don’t have a pulse on the team. Not a company of transparency don’t join! Don’t believe the reviews, completely false and bought out likely. People are just waiting on their severances it seems. New decisions are made hastily, ELT does not seemed to be aligned and make haste decisions consistently that have cost the company money and people’s jobs.
