An unprofessional experience marked by poor HR practices, lack of transparency, and unethical handling of employee exits. The company does not follow standard corporate norms. There is no structured onboarding, leave policy, or proper documentation for critical processes. Verbal instructions are often used in place of formal communication, leading to confusion and lack of accountability. During my tenure, earned leaves were denied without valid reason, and unjustified pressure was applied regarding bond commitments that were never legally documented. Upon resignation, the company bypassed agreed notice terms, relieved me early, and later refused to process full and final settlement without citing any legal basis. Salary deductions were made arbitrarily, and visa-related expenses—never communicated or agreed upon—were demanded post-exit. HR communication was absent or evasive throughout. Despite fulfilling all responsibilities, I faced delayed payments and coercive messages on personal platforms like WhatsApp. Professionals should be aware that this is not a structured, transparent, or employee-centric organization. It may offer a job, but not a safe or ethical work environment.
