      Job security, Timely salary,Flexible hours

      Cons

      Very toxic and abusive managers, very bad culture Longer work hours, Non supportive team members, Leave approval is difficult, asking to work on weekends, HR is non existent no proper onboarding or policy briefing, HR never supports if you ask any help on any policy which was never explained
