      Large enough to reward employees financially but small enough to retain family atmosphere. People are given the tools to do their job and latitude to complete in the best manner they select.

      Retain poor performers longer than we should.

      Great family like vibe everyone is invested in each other's well being! It's an ESOP company and management really cares about it's team.

      Small office environment, close to a lot of good lunch options.

      Cons

      "Family" cult like environment. Sales reps are king, everyone else is peasant. Terribly parking.
