      I learned about Facebook products first hand and got to work on great campaigns with agencies and advertisers.

      Cons

      Management was a bit all over the place - at least that's how I felt in the Philippines.

      the employees are friendly, they support o each other quite good, the employees are shown the respect, environment is comfortable.

      Cons

      the employees are easy going, some managers are not qualified, there are a small number of employees , environment is not competitive.
