- The management is haphazard at best. It is highly disorganized and unprofessional. - There is no requirement analysis done - There is no high level architecture provided, even though there was a full time architect - There was no project plan and deadline provided, even though there was a new PM assigned - They set unrealistic expectations and deadlines on the employees, which leads to disappointments and unmet deadlines.

The company was really built for innovation. Strong and agile technical team with a solid code base. - committed to stay the course

- Overarching strategy was very bold and perhaps a bit early for the market given some of the hardware-based security protocols that entered the market (re: ApplePay) etc.
