Statutory sick pay for long term sickness even though salaried No progression Bonus is barely achievable I had 5 managers in 18 months before securing a new role in another team Always calls waiting Low pay considering it’s financial services Picked apart by compliance if your bonus is high - you will be call monitored 10 times a month so they catch a the smallest mistake and lower your bonus Script reading - you will say it in your sleep They expect 40-50 calls a day everyday with every call being the same Get the odd nice customer but most of the customers are wild Majority of the people that started on my course left within a year they can’t keep their staff If your in wrap for more than a minute you’ve got emails and chats flying around asking what your doing Lastly the BEEP, when your phone rings would actually make my body jump and heart skip its incredibly loud as if you’re calling someone abroad and the dial is that weird noise? Like that but higher pitched, horrible I had earache loads of times. Childlike with phones being kept in lockers Avoid customer service and retention
