Graveyard of progression - Cloud Engineer Admiral Group Employee Review

The pay in Admiral is terrible, I move from Admiral last year and practically doubled my salary and have a lot less stress now and a lot more job satisfaction. The promotion process in Admiral is fixed and its more about who you know not what you know. There was not any clear structure for advancement and the new yearly appraisal process was designed to make it harder to get annual pay increases. My advice is get your experience Admiral and move on and get a better offer elsewhere.
