Pros
I get paid weekly. The break room has air conditioning. And, it's easy to get hired.
Cons
Employee turn over is major. You rarely see the same faces month to month. Most employees don't even make it past the 90 day trail period. The pay is low, barely above minimum wage with no chance of an increase. The warehouse is so hot you feel like you will suffocate and die any minute. You never know one day to the next how many hours you are expected to work. No one tells you what time you get off until 10-20 minutes before you leave. So don't make plans, and if you have to call a ride, don't count on it. You have to wait till you actually clock out to use your phone. And you get yelled at about production percentages, even tho the machines need recalibrated, because their count is off and causes you to have lower percentages than you actually made.
