Pros
Hybrid culture, but that too as per management, you can't work from home even if you are medically unwell. and you can only work from one permanent place that falls in hiring zone only on your system.
Cons
The longer you are willing to stay here the more you get mentally harassed. They showcase they are listening and doing something for you but with the rapid changes they do, never allow you to work peacefully. They say the customers are their priorities and on that stand they will deduct the incentives that you worked for the whole month. The basic salary can never be sufficient for someone who wants to support their family, incentives are capped, no matter you are doing sales, supporting the customer or saving the business. They always wants a silly or non reasonable opportunity to eat your incentives.
