Pros

Co-workers were great for the most part, Nice building and physical workspace. Parties were very nice.

Cons

The level of harassment, intimidation and workplace corruption were astounding. I was insulted, demeaned and psychologically tormented over a nine month period. The level of managerial unprofessionalism and preemptive self-assuming position sabotage was projected upon me to purposely undermine my job performance. From constant interruptions to meet to review and critique my work every day for hours on end. The attempts to create an illusion on incompetence and assure that my coworkers were knew that I was nothing. As I tried my best to complete the repetitive tasks of account resolution that management was well aware of that resolution could not be achieved as these accounts were unresolvable. Yet, I worked and achieved minimal success which lead to a more irate management response as if I had mocked them by merely doing the impossible and made progress. This lead to more demeaning harassment, intimidation and psychological distress lead by my immediate manager. Then, I was lead into HR and given a final written warning, without any prior written warnings thus leading to an increased workload and increased work disruptive meetings. Thus lead to my formal termination. My demise was orchestrated by management in Boston and Providence. That would have been G, E and N. And all stemmed from a promised promotion, that I thought was a nice gesture but knew that was not guaranteed as it should not have been.

Pros

Some bosses are OK while others think they're the best thing since sliced bread. The office parties were fun and the offices are well decorated. Free snacks for employees and casual Friday's are nice.

Cons

Senior Management is clueless.. They foster a culture where instability is the norm. Favoritism is at the forefront and HR really should go back to school for a class on HR 101. It's amazing how so many of the remaining people all have some sort of connection to the CEO and his Cape Cod country club.
