Their recruitment is clever and they choose people that fit into their way of thinking. It helps the company to gel quickly creating a strong team spirit. Start-ups are really hand-on and you often need to give the extra mile, so it is important for you to feel the support and respect from your peers which we do at Admo.tv
Cons
It is still a new structure so processes are not often completely smooth but at least they have some. Foreign office implementation is also new to them and they need to learn to adapt while dealing with staff from other culture. We had a few hiccups: salary payment delays, expenses included within the payroll, total holidays where bank holidays were counted as part of it; but all sorted now. It is simply part of the learning process.
