Dear Reviewer, Something might have caused bad expereince for you at Ador. We could have rectified it if you could have come to us time to time. We always take feedback positively. There has been ample example where we have taken step forward to address people's issues. We have never told anyone to write good about us. Generally, people tend to write negative expereince faster than the positive one. Your views on our business doesnt seem right. We have grown 20% year on year from last two years. Our financials shows good results. There might be some incidence where somebody had shouted at you. We do not encourage such things. We also request you to please reflect on situation & think why the other person taken a rare step of shouting. Some of your comments are too personal & shows your ill mindset about life overall. There has been ample exmaple where we have promoted & offered fast track growth to people who are non Marathi & not from the same casts. We have many examples to show - Mriraj Kumar, Shubhdeep Banerjee, Shubham Sarkar, Aditya Dhingra, Nikhat Ansari, Anwar Inamdar, Abhijeet Chaudhari, Santosh Kamble, Ganesh Vishwasrao & many more. We have open door policy. Our HR head & Chairman are accesible to everyone all time. We can bet no other companies give such an open access to top management. We are people centric organisation which gives freedom, opportunities & appreication to everyone who deserves it. We have 20% people who have stayed with us more than 10 years & 18% people who are with us more than 5 years. This data is manifestation of our good culture & growing business. Team Ador is concentarting on new big leap. We encourage good people to join hands. Many are joining & expereince good things with us.
