Pros

I can't think of any

Cons

My experience working at Adora Fertility was unfortunately disappointing and isolating. From the outset, I felt like an outsider. The workplace culture was very cliquey, and existing staff made little to no effort to include or support new team members. There was no real onboarding process—just a brief 10-minute chat that barely scratched the surface of what was needed to perform the role effectively. I was immediately thrown into the deep end, expected to handle nonstop phone calls without proper training or support. This created a high-stress environment where I felt overwhelmed and undervalued. Despite agreeing to extend my time with the company by an additional two weeks, I was abruptly let go without any formal communication. I only discovered I was no longer needed when I noticed I hadn’t been given access to the following week’s roster. When I asked about it, I was informed that my services were no longer required. The lack of courtesy and transparency in how this was handled was deeply unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, my time at Adora Fertility left me feeling unsupported and disrespected. I hope the company takes steps to improve its onboarding process, internal communication and workplace culture for future employees.

Pros

the lower level staff and doctors are lovely

Cons

the management is non existent. while the lower staff and the doctors are great, management create a toxic work culture of back stabbing. they consistently demonstrate discrimination against mental health. they pay all of their staff peanuts but also offer next to no other benefits. the managers are not receptive to any feedback or collaboration from their employees. i witnessed 3 mass quittings and none of the feedback provided was ever taken into account. hard work is punished by increasing your work load without any remuneration or recognition. the abuse from the patients is just expected to be tolerated and there is no protection in place for employees. both myself and other staff experienced multiple panic attacks and no help was offered by management or hr, perhaps because they were the cause of a lot of them. the care for the patients and staff is virtually non existent
