I rarely leave reviews, but this was by far the worst job I have had.
Not a great company to work for, the pay and commission weren’t great. The goalposts always move on EVERYTHING! including targets and commission structure. The business owner runs the business like a lifestyle and allows a toxic culture to exist.
Coercive control is used, and once the business owner has decided you are no longer required you will be forced out or given an ultimatum to leave. The good people always leave, or are made to leave and the bad ones stay so be under no disillusion by the long-serving members of staff.
You need to use your car for client visits.
