Pros

The tech stack is real. That's the only honest thing about this place.

Cons

This is not a company. It is one person's ego dressed up as a startup. The CEO lies constantly and without remorse — about your pay, your role, your hours, your future here. Compensation is delayed by 2-3 months routinely. Multiple former employees have filed wage claims against this company. What you are promised in writing will not be honored when it matters. You will discover this only after it's too late. You are monitored like a criminal. ActivTrak runs on your personal machine — keystrokes, screenshots, activity logs. The surveillance is constant and the trust is zero. Discriminatory comments are made openly in team meetings. Public humiliation of employees is routine. If you're on a work visa, your immigration status will be held over your head. There are no boundaries because boundaries are not permitted. Overnight work lands with no notice. You will not have time to eat. Every Friday without fail, a crisis appears that requires your weekend. You are expected to be available always. If you burn out, if you get sick — that is your fault for not being resilient enough, not their fault for running you into the ground. People leave within days. Within weeks. The turnover is so constant, it stops being surprising and starts being a warning that nobody heeded before joining. The positive reviews on this page were written by current employees who were pressured to post them. They do not reflect reality. You are reading manufactured consent.

Pros

Supportive and collaborative team with a fast-paced startup environment. I had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects across business operations, lead generation, and process improvement. The team values initiative, provides flexibility, and encourages learning and professional growth. Great exposure to AI and startup operations.

Cons

As with many early-stage startups, priorities can change quickly, so adaptability is important. Some processes are still evolving, but the team is continuously improving workflows and communication.

Pros

Fully remote work, limited AI involvement.

Cons

This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences of my career for several reasons: Severe Payment Issues: Do not expect to get paid on time, or at all. I am still owed my last month’s salary, and despite countless emails to the CEO, I’ve been completely ghosted. This seems to be a recurring theme as the tech team has become a ghost town—most channels are inactive. Toxic "Always-On" Culture: There are no boundaries here. Expect to be pinged late at night on a regular basis. If you don't reply immediately, you'll be met with a barrage of follow-up messages. It’s micro-management at its worst. Unrealistic Expectations: The CEO lacks a basic understanding of software engineering. I was being assigned heavy tasks on my third day before my local dev environment was even fully ready. You’ll hear things like "this should only take 3 hours" for complex changes, with no regard for technical reality or quality. Brain Drain: The company seems to be hollowing out. Most of the technical team is gone or inactive, and after seeing other reviews online, it’s clear this is a deep-rooted pattern of management failure.
