Free coffe, and nice office location.

Management, and leadership is not good.

Nice colleagues and nothing else...

Horrible management, only focused on making money as fast as possible. Employees' well-being were disregarded in most cases. I experienced company perks, like attending a company football league, disappear. I experienced colleagues getting fired and then re-hired within a week. I experienced colleagues getting bullied by management when management wouldn't uphold legal rights that the employee had with their employment. Micromanagement was huge at Adservice. They simply didn't trust their employees. In other words, there was a surveillance culture, which everybody complained about when management wasn't listening. Part-time employees were not valued either. Some weren't even invited to company events, which was extremely disappointing. Whatever position in the company, everybody contributes. Pay was also bad, including bonuses that were impossible to reach.
