Pros

* Technology is cutting edge mostly * There are some intelligent staff whom are amazing to work with

Cons

* Management, management, management!!! One of the worst management team (senior executives) I have ever worked with, specially CEO, CPO and CIO * Discrimination is a norm * Managers being rude and abusive is a norm * Some staff are treated very much differently * HR can't/won't do anything about complaints toward the senior managers * Senior managers pays are skyrocketing + benefits, while other staff getting a payrise of a grand or 2, if any * Turnover of more than 60% in one year * Make staff redundant, and then advertise privately for the exact same roles. * If you are not close friends with senior executive team, there is no way you will get a promotion.

We are truly disappointed to hear your feedback. Adslot places tremendous value on its employees and we endeavour to apply our core values of respect, collaboration, innovation, integrity and communication at all times. Internal employee surveys and exit interviews suggest we are doing pretty well with this, hence why your comments are so unexpected. Adslot recently created a new Chief Technology Officer role as further investment in best practice across the development team and strong representation at the executive level. Whilst we appreciate that Glassdoor is an opportunity for people to leave anonymous reviews and we do respect that, we would really love the opportunity to talk to you if you are willing? If so please contact lucy.satinoff@adslot.com, Talent Manager for a confidential chat.

Were able to WFH as needed

No realistic expectations for company, not given what was promised, management's heads are in the clouds, was dragged along for months, did not treat women with as much respect as other male employees
