      Pros

      Some flexibility about working from home. Good products.

      Cons

      - Serious gap between executive management and the rest of the company. CEO and CTO come from Belgium where its very hierarchical. Old style management. North America President is afraid to say anything because he is hoping to retire with big $$$. He swaps everything under the carpet. CEO says he wants feedback and gets pissed when someone says the true-very defensive, cant tolerate being wrong) Small office. No one talks to each other. They hire good tech people and the rest are brown-noses

      Everyone is very smart and always willing to help and teach you

      Cons

      The products are so complex that even with 1 year, it's still pretty hard to say that you're 100% knowledgable about everything. But I don't think this is a bad thing.

      Pros

      Folks are friendly but the remote product, legal and finance team are impossible to reach.

      Cons

      Not the most organized organization and you do not really feel the support of the mothership (SXM).
