Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at Adthena for 7 years, and it's been an incredible experience. Our regional team may be small but close-knit, creating a supportive and collaborative environment. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand, and it's easy to build strong relationships with colleagues across all levels. The pace here is fast, but that's part of what makes it so exciting. There's always something new to learn, and you're given plenty of opportunities to grow both personally and professionally. I've been able to work with some fantastic enterprises and across a variety of industries, which has really broadened my skill set. The company also offers a flexible workplace, which is a huge bonus for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better team or environment to be a part of. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented role!

Cons

As a startup, the company is still working on refining its benefits and expanding opportunities for employees to work across different regions. While it's exciting to be part of a growing company, there are areas that are still being developed, particularly around some of the internal processes. But with the company's forward-thinking culture, I believe these improvements are on the horizon!

Thank you for your feedback! It’s great to hear your positive sentiment about flexible workspace and general excitement about being part of a fast-paced and evolving environment. We truly value a healthy work-life balance, and it is great to hear we can enable that. We acknowledge that, in a start-up-like environment, there is always room to enhance benefits, internal processes and growth opportunities. A few initiatives in process include improved growth conversations via Sherpa, and regular eNPS surveys to understand what is important to our employees and how we can increase employee satisfaction.

Pros

There’s no micromanagement here — leadership truly trusts you to do your job and gives you ownership over your clients and workflow. Work-life balance is a real priority, which was a huge change (in the best way) coming from agency life. The difference is honestly night and day. There are solid incentives and renewal bonuses that make hard work feel recognized, and the benefits are great. The onboarding process is supportive and engaging, and the team is genuinely helpful and willing to knowledge share. You also get plenty of opportunities to grow your skills through client work or side projects. It’s remote-first and flexible, with in-person opportunities for team events or if your local to one of the offices. Overall, it’s a really positive, motivating place to work.

Cons

Don't have any cons at this time!

Pros

Great leadership, hands off management approach, solid lead flow, product is solid and provides great value when it is a good fit. Culture of winning, everyone wants to and expects to hit target. True hybrid approach with remote first, being in the office 2 days a week is expected but there is flexibility. Nice break for Christmas. Overall this is a place where I am enabled by leadership to grow in my career.

Cons

Benefits aren't great. 401k match is coming later this year but it is not significant, and has been nonexistent to this point. Health insurance is a weak point. Don't get some US holidays off that you would get at other companies (MLK, Juneteenth). Never heard of them doing a sales spiff, which is odd. A bit of fear internally about if the tech will keep with with the major shift presented by the rise of AI, though it does seem the engineering team is on it.
