      Its been wonderful to be a part of the company . I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture , you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work .

      Pros

      good exposure to new technologies,free lunch good environment for Freshers,friendly nature with colleagues, working like a family member

      Cons

      lot of work load with no time, internal communication was poor, work was targeted to one person who knows about it.

      1) Good for fresher to start there career. 2) Not pressure of work (less work load). 3) Advantage to learn from other colleagues.

      1) Policies needs some improvement. 2) Resource management could be improved.
