      Everything else. The worst is the CEO. She treats the company as her own personal social experiment, and values nothing from the people that actually make the company work.

      Experience through the entire FEL process as a Project Engineer, ability to work with all employees including operators, engineers, management, and board. Flexible schedule.

      Extremely fast paced, less room for learning since the premise of projects is to get it done ASAP.
