If you have a degree or a few ....DO NOT look to get utilized to your potential. This company is a growing enterprise wide company with a mom-n-pop state of mind and budget..... 9/10 ya'll work under people with NO degrees who will feel intimidated and will show it. The GOOD-OLE-BOY system is alive and doing WELL at advance America.The positions are VERY UNDER-PAID.....making this only a job not a career.Some employees here will NEVER let you out shine them and/or they will only show you enough where they still have control over your job to the point where some will even embarrass you in front of management rather than help you out. People leave this place ALL THE TIME and some without putting in notices so do the math.
