Pros
Coworkers are awesome and the location is great.
Cons
The collection calling is ridiculous besides making hundreds of calls a day you have customers coming in which makes it almost impossible to get through the calls and if not completed by the end of the day(fulltime) you are to stay over, so if you have children and/or your children have extra curricular activities you might as well cancel those plans. Over the past several months the company has implemented new policies and expanded the workload without any raises. Lastly make sure you get all the needed information as far as leave and short-term/long-term disability, because they will get over on you if they can. The company doesn't have your best interest in mind when it comes to paying you for your leave.
