Pros
Good training, good people in the corporate office, and great schedule Managers are empowered and supported
Cons
Pay is slightly less than other jobs in area but not terrible, the industry has a downside in that many people who rely on storage are struggling with poverty and social problems, and everyone is in a hurry/under stress so there are times when people are not very nice
