      The pay was nice, but no amount of pay is worth the hostile environment

      The owner is insane, hostile, and expects you to work ridiculous hours! I later discovered both the owners, who are partners have been banned by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority from the financial service industry,

      Compensation was great, but that is all.

      Cons

      Owners were partners and fought constantly. Expected you to work over 70 hours per week under hostile conditions.

      small office, located in a good town

      No one was on the same page, people worked from 10am-1am, very unhealthy work environment.
