Pros

It's a job you get paid.

Cons

Depending on what department you're in you might get lucky and end up with a good supervisor and manager. Or you might end up with ones who have titles but don't know how to use them. Nothing is fair across the board. Managers have favorites. They do favors for some and not for others. They just merged with CVS so they are unaware of the policies and instead of asking they just pretend like they know. 90% of the time they are wrong. My manager and supervisor don't even know how to the job or know what the job requires. You can't ask them questions because they don't have the answer. They don't know how to develop a team. They are very robotic. If someone gives them a job they do it. They have no idea how to think outside the box or improve processes all they do is follow directions. It's very frustrating. Prepared to be micromanaged as well. Just don't do it. There are places out there that pay better and have a better culture. If you're looking to advance get close to the managers. Their PTO policy is the absolute worst. No work life balance.

Pros

Great salary and commission plus good amount of days off for sick leave and vacation.

Cons

If you do not perform well you will be fired. So just be a superstar and they will not bother you.

Pros

Everyone was friendly and willing to share information freely, it was not "competitive" it was "inclusive" where your Leaders and Peers all wanted one another to succeed.

Cons

The Management and Co-Workers are outstanding individuals; as a Company the offerings in terms of Health Insurance and Benefits were not realistic with others in the market. I would return if an opening became available - however when I worked there in 2017 the benefits were the most sub-par I have seen in my career.
