Always something to do, friendly co-workers, modern office, technology upgrades, office location is close to highway
Cons
- A bit too top heavy in management, direction of company is changing, lack of training from managers, growth opportunities non-existent, benefits lower than competitors in the industry, lack of communication between departments have caused issues, managers work from home a tad too much (sometimes unresponsive at times - Fridays especially), workloads can be overwhelming for some folks
