Pros

I must enter 5 words which is tough because the only Pro is the pay.

Cons

My recruiter lied about how long my assignment company wanted to keep me as a contract and then bring me on full time. Told me I would be on the contract for about 2 months as the company planned to hire me on well before the length of the year long contract. My recruiter also never responded to my emails or LinkedIn messages while working for Advanced for the year long contract that was supposed to be 2 months. I'm sure she received her commission for my placement and thought, "Okay, don't care about that guy anymore."
