Advanced Correctional Healthcare Response
11yACH seeks to attract, hire and retain qualified employees on all levels of the organization. This is most appropriately demonstrated by our focus on hiring applicants who not only have the correct skills for the job but those who will be successful in the culture they are working within. We put a lot of time and effort into interviewing and promoting individuals based upon experience, credentials and education.
It is unfortunate that you disliked the way the office is decorated, though many of our employees are quite satisfied.
The signs you mention are in place not to “turn each other in” but rather to protect employees who may witness misconduct and an assurance that ACH does not tolerate retaliation for reporting issues. When the signs were posted, the office was trained on them to ensure everyone understood the purpose.
We work collaboratively at ACH so many individuals are involved providing ideas and working toward solutions and implementing new ideas. While one individual may have made an error, we do not want them to have to solve it alone, rather, all levels focus on the issue and support the solution.
Finally, we can assure you that we have several employees who have been here multiple years. As we continue to expand we hope to offer even more positions in the corporate office.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your concerns and for allowing us the opportunity to respond. Please know that we take your comments seriously and, as always, will review our current processes based upon feedback provided for potential modification or changes.
