Interesting job. Motosport engineering, design and manufacturing of components.

It's impossible to work with the CEO of the company. He is constantly angry with people, shouting and yelling with everybody. Impossible. He treats adults like children. Since ALL the work contracts are precarious, he has the leverage to treat people that way. There is not one single document that you can refer to, to do yout job. Salary is not bad, meal allowance is low, no medical insurance. In my tenure at Adess 6 engineers left the company. About half the team.

Great to learn, you can work on a lot on different areas of motorsport design as it is a small company, good colleagues and amazing projects.

Lacks real corporate procedures and engineering tools for the tasks required, high pressure environment and an unecessary sense of urgency for every task.
