Pros
ADD values its employees, great work/ life balance, the owners are so hands on and actively engaged in the departments throughout the organization, amazing company culture.
Cons
not just saying this because my boss might be reading these reviews, but I can honestly say, I have found no negative aspects to this company. So far I have seen no employees leave for another job, the only employees that left, were people retiring, and that speaks volumes.
