Pros
Being a subsidiary of Lennox Int’l they get the benefits of a large company while being smaller. Lots of opportunity to move around in position and learn about different career paths under Lennox Int’l. Atmosphere is good, very good people. Great benefits.
Cons
Hard to move UP within the company. Has been under several different kinds of leadership that leaves employees in a place of uncertainty to what the mission/goals of the business are. Not a lot of clear direction. There is much more work than staff, tends to get overwhelming.
