Decent income, abvsnd job security in the fact that you are making high efficiency HVAC evaporator coils - and ADP is the market share leader for this product.
Cons
The hours are terrible. Working 6 days a week/at night is hard. Not very family friendly. Terrible upper management. There are many issues that need to be resolved regarding the treatment of employees.
