Good place to get experience both technical and customer service. Broad skill set needed along with adaptability. Management took personal interest in employee growth.

With the constant change it can be a challenge to get comfortable with single job. Company is successful because they can deliver on short notice to a variety of customers. This means a project with a longer delivery date is pushed back and the new project takes priority. The first project was completed on time but without much buffer.
