Benefits of a larger company - decent insurance, employee stock, opportunities to learn new things.
Cons
Growth was very hard. Unless you are hired at a high position, don't expect to grow. Management is very dishonest, and only care about their own growth. Pay was ok, but certainly less than the larger tech companies.
