Pros
The company overall is a good place to work. They are open to all persons regardless of your age, background, ethnicity, etc. Wage is reasonable. Company offers RRSP, benefits and paid time off.
Cons
There are a number of instances I have witnessed personally as well as second hand that HR and owners/management should have addressed however did not properly handle the situation at hand. For that reason toxic behaviors have continued to be accepted in the workplace without reprimand. If you choose to work for this company you will be required to have a thick skin and your blinders on. There is significant disorganization within the Dartmouth office and their projects, Moncton office is better however lacks project management. Lastly, the owners are very hands off and rely on management to run their business for this reason they are disconnected from their field team.
